Booking Procedures
1. Reservation: To book a trip with Monks Voyage, customers can use the online booking platform,
call the customer service hotline, or visit a physical office. Detailed information about the trip,
including dates, destinations, and any special requirements, should be provided at the time of
booking.


2. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, Monks Voyage will send a confirmation email to the
customer, which includes the itinerary, booking reference number, and other relevant details. It's
important for customers to review this information for accuracy.


3. Changes: If a customer needs to make changes to their booking, they must do so in writing, either
via email or through a written request at a Monks Voyage office. Depending on the timing and
nature of the changes, additional fees may apply.


4. Group Bookings: For group bookings, special terms and conditions may apply, including different
payment schedules and cancellation policies. Its advisable for groups to contact Monks Voyage
directly for tailored arrangements.

Payment Terms
1. Deposit: For certain bookings, especially those involving flights or hotel stays, a deposit may be
required to secure the reservation. The amount and due date of the deposit will be communicated
at the time of booking.


2. Final Payment: The balance of the trip cost is typically due a specified number of days before the
departure date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of
the booking.


3. Payment Methods: Monks Voyage accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards,
bank transfers, and cash payments at physical offices.


4. Currency: All payments should be made in the currency specified by Monks Voyage, which is
usually the local currency of the country where the booking is made.

Liability Disclaimers
1. Travel Risks: Monks Voyage will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, death, or loss of
property that occurs during a trip. Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance
to cover potential risks.


2. Third-Party Services: Monks Voyage acts as an intermediary for services provided by third parties,
such as airlines and hotels. As such, it is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these
service providers.


3. Force Majeure: Monks Voyage will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to
circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other
force majeure events.

4. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Monks Voyage harmless from any claims,
damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms and conditions or their conduct
during the trip.
