Refund Policy

At Monks Voyage, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with peace of mind when booking your travel:

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • More Than 45 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your booking more than 45 days before your scheduled departure, you will be eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers administrative costs and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

    • Within 45 Days of Departure: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled departure date. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip.

  2. Flight Cancellations:

    • Non-Refundable: Please note that refunds for flights are not possible. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. We strongly advise you to consider travel insurance that covers flight cancellations.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Timing: Refunds will be processed within a specified number of days after the cancellation request has been received and verified. The exact timing will depend on the payment method used and any applicable banking procedures.

    • Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid any delays in receiving your refund.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services or bookings may be non-refundable, as explicitly stated at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, special event tickets, permits, and certain accommodation bookings.

  5. Changes in Terms: Monks Voyage reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and will apply to bookings made after the date of the change.
